Unstoppable Stories 1
Laurie Burrows
Laurie Burrows grew up with very little, and turned that reality into rocket fuel. By 23 she was a Lead Digital Marketing Mentor across 36 UK colleges; by 24, Head of Marketing, driving seven-figure growth. In 2019 she left corporate with £700 and, after burnout and a surprise pregnancy, transformed her expertise into a course, hitting six figures that year. Today, Laurie has generated millions in revenue and helped thousands turn their knowledge into scalable, sustainable income.
Laurie Burrows knows what it means to build from the ground up. Raised on benefits and “going without,” she learned resourcefulness early, rationing essentials, observing the reality of limited choices, and deciding young that her life would be different. At 18, she started launching businesses. While she repeatedly returned to corporate roles, the learning curve was steep and fast: by 23 she was a Lead Digital Marketing Mentor, designing programs rolled out across 36 UK colleges; by 24 she was Head of Marketing, helping drive a company to seven figures annually.
Freedom, however, not titles, was the goal. In 2019, with £700 in her account, Laurie left corporate to build her own business. After a period of burnout from nonstop sales calls and live launches, and while navigating the grief of losing her dad and nan, Laurie chose a new path: productising her expertise. When she discovered she was unexpectedly pregnant in 2020, she doubled down on leveraged delivery, turning her knowledge into a course and hitting six figures that year.
Since then, Laurie has grown a multi-million-pound business, hired a team, and helped thousands of entrepreneurs turn hard-won expertise into scalable courses that create consistent cash flow and real freedom. Her message is simple and powerful: your story can fund your future, if you package it with clarity and deliver it with heart.
“If I’d given up again, I wouldn’t be here. Eight years of trial, error, and grit became the blueprint I now teach.”

From a childhood of emotional struggle to standing on the world stage, her journey is one of resilience, faith, and transformation. Today, she inspires women globally to move beyond external measures of success and step into their true confidence, worth, and authenticity.
Born in Brazil and shaped by challenge from an early age, Jaque Almeida’s story is one of grit, courage, and awakening. When she moved across the world to Ireland, her love for Jiu-Jitsu became more than a sport, it became her sanctuary for self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
In 2022, Jaque achieved one of her greatest dreams: winning gold at the Jiu-Jitsu World Championships. Yet, it was her 2024 return, without a medal, that sparked her deepest realisation. In that moment of “defeat,” she discovered a profound truth: her worth was never measured by titles or podiums. It was found within, in her resilience, her faith, and her unwavering authenticity.
Today, Jaque’s mission extends far beyond the mat. Through her coaching, mentorship, and speaking, she empowers women to rewrite their stories, build self-confidence, and break free from limiting beliefs. Her message is simple yet transformative: victory is not in the medal, it’s in becoming the person you were always meant to be.

Life Coach | TEDx Speaker | Women’s Empowerment Advocate
Briana McAteer is a Life Coach and TEDx speaker who has guided hundreds of women worldwide to heal their relationship with food, reclaim their confidence, and step into emotional freedom.
Briana McAteer’s journey began with her own struggles around food, self-worth, and perfectionism. After years of living in the exhausting cycle of restriction, bingeing, and shame, she made a life-changing decision: to break free from food’s control and put her health, body, and emotional freedom first.
Through this transformation, Briana uncovered a powerful truth, our relationship with food often mirrors deeper patterns of self-worth, people-pleasing, and conditioning. Jenna Hastie
Reiki Master | Women’s Circle Facilitator | Holistic Health Coach
Jenna Hastie is a Reiki Master, women’s circle facilitator, and holistic health coach who empowers individuals to heal from chronic illness, reclaim their vitality, and step into self-leadership through her integrative 3D Healing Method.
Jenna’s journey to becoming a healer began in the medical field. After starting her career in 2003 at Glasgow Caledonian University, she spent over a decade in patient care, eventually becoming a Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner in General Practice. But in 2012, her own health began to unravel, debilitating fatigue, brain fog, and migraines were initially dismissed as the exhaustion of motherhood. By 2016, while working as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner, Jenna was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia, followed by axial spondyloarthritis in 2019. Conventional medicine offered little relief, leaving her searching for deeper answers.
That search became her transformation. Drawing on mindset work, neuroscience, holistic health, and ancient spiritual wisdom, Jenna developed her unique 3D Healing Method, a mind-body-soul approach that brought her into full remission, medication-free and pain-free. This personal breakthrough reshaped her purpose: to guide others on their healing journeys, not just managing symptoms, but uncovering the root causes of illness, from limiting beliefs and emotional stress to nutritional imbalances and autoimmune triggers.
Today, Jenna integrates Reiki-infused guided meditation, energy work, and holistic practices to help clients reconnect with their innate power to heal. Through women’s circles and one-to-one coaching, she holds space for profound transformation, reminding others that healing is not only possible, but within their own hands.
“Jenna is living proof that when we align science with soul, healing becomes transformation.”
Fiona Condren
Parent Coach | Educator | Social Worker | Founder of Emotions Matter
Fiona Condren is on an unstoppable mission to change the world for our children by teaching their “big people”, parents, teachers, and caregivers, how to understand and respond to what children truly need. Through her movement Emotions Matter, she is breaking generational cycles, reshaping parenting, and paving the way for a future where children grow into emotionally healthy, resilient adults.
With almost 30 years of experience as a Parent Coach, Educator, Emotion Coach Practitioner Trainer, and Qualified Social Worker, Fiona brings both professional expertise and lived wisdom to her work. As a mother of three girls, she has faced her own challenges, including the heartbreak of navigating her daughter’s teenage years without a guidebook. These personal experiences, combined with her professional journey, fuel her unwavering dedication to creating change.
Fiona’s turning point came as she witnessed the devastating rise of mental health struggles and suicide in her hometown of Derry and across Ireland. Determined to find answers, she immersed herself in research and training, uncovering a profound truth: emotional intelligence is the missing piece in society. Too often, children are denied permission to feel, punished for their emotions, and left without the tools to manage them in healthy ways. This, she realised, has far-reaching consequences for mental health, behaviour, and overall well-being.
From this revelation, Emotions Matter was born. Within its first year, Fiona’s trailblazing work was recognised when she was named runner-up for Northern Ireland’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2022. Since then, she has helped countless families, educators, and organisations transform how they understand and respond to children. Known for her certainty, passion, and ability to spark real change, Fiona empowers “big people” to rewrite outdated narratives and raise children who feel seen, safe, and supported.
Fiona is described as a cycle-breaker, game-changer, and powerhouse. Her talks and training are called fascinating, eye-opening, and inspiring, not just because of the knowledge she shares, but because she ignites transformation that lasts. She firmly believes that when adults choose to re-educate themselves, they not only change the story for their children but also for future generations.
“Because their emotions matter, together, we can change the world.”

In both cases, Claire witnesses the profound shifts that occur when confusion gives way to clarity, and uncertainty transforms into empowered action.
Claire’s journey, professional expertise, and innate empathy make her a trusted ally for those seeking to navigate relationship challenges. She does not simply provide answers, she helps clients discover the questions that unlock lasting change.
